HISTORY
Sd. Kfz. 247 Ausf. B
The Sd, Kfz. 247 Ausf. B was a four-wheeled armoured car build by Daimler-Benz. Although with the same numeric designation, it was completely different form the Ausf A built by Krupp using the 6 X 4 chassis of Krupp Protze truck. They were used as a command car for motorcycle divisions. Some were seen fitted with star shape antennae for radios. It's performance were better than Ausf A. 58 were built and used through out the war.
