May be the deadliest defense weapon introduced by the Germans in WWII, where a Panther tank turret was put into a concrete/wood/steel sub-structure as a gun emplacement. Although some used Panther turret as is or from damaged tanks, later emplacements used special made Panther turrets with enhanced roof armour for protections from air raids.

This kit is features a concrete sub structure designed similar to those used in the West Wall. A line of vegetation was grown in front of the emplacement for added concealment.

The kit contains two parts: an UNPAINTED gun emplacement and a elastic vinyl tube. PANTHER TURRET NOT INCLUDED.

This is a "RAAAW" series item which is in its raw unpainted state straight from the mold.

This pieces is UNPAINTED, casted with resin, from the same mold of the fully colored version. This provides an opportunity for experienced modellers to paint the items just as they wanted or use as-is for wargamers who needed an economic setting. The possibility is unlimited.

It is a great accessory piece for your wargame battlefield and works perfectly with other accessories and soldiers and your collection of Dragon or Takara tanks.

The emplacement has a pivot hole of 5mm (approx. 0.2 in) in diameter, which fits a Dragon Cando Panther turret. If you have a tank turret with a pivot pin smaller than that, you can use the elastic vinyl tube to thicken it to around 4.5mm. Basically you can fix most tank turrets from different manufactures such as Takara or even "N" scale turrets.
